Welcome to Saval AI! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Saval AI app and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Services.

These Terms also incorporate by reference other applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, where applicable.

Definitions

• Content: Includes all kinds of media such as text, graphics, audio, video, pictures, information, or other materials.
• Saval AI Content: All Content available on the Platforms, owned by or licensed to Saval AI.
• User: Persons registered with Saval AI.
• User Content: All Content that a User posts, uploads, publishes, submits, or transmits within or as part of their user account.
• Services: All features provided by Saval AI to help users prepare for competitive examinations, including but not limited to interactive tools, assessments, and mentorship services.

Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Users under 18 years of age must obtain parental/guardian consent before accessing the Services. We assume such consent has been provided when minors access the Services.
• Users who provide false information or violate eligibility requirements may be denied access to the Services.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
• You are prohibited from sharing, selling, trading, or transferring your account to another party.

• For online payment security, we may require users to submit a valid photo ID as proof of address.

• You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Saval AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works of your content for operational purposes, service and feature enhancement, including AI model improvement, fine-tuning, and training, while ensuring compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.
• Content violating these Terms may be removed without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Saval AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Saval AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.
• Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for accessing the affected service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Saval AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Misuse of the Services.
• Infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice for violating these Terms.
• Any amounts already paid will be forfeited upon termination.
• We may pursue legal action in cases of piracy, unauthorized use, or abuse of the Services.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana. Disputes may also be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
