All purchases made on the Saval AI platform are final and non-refundable.
Payments made for any subscription, course, or feature are non-reversible and non-transferable.
Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind or loss of interest.
Inability to commit time to the course.
Dissatisfaction with course content.
Saval AI does not hold responsibility for any loss or damage arising from payment issues, including but not limited to:
Lack of authorization for transactions.
Exceeding preset limits with your bank.
Payment failures due to technical issues.
Declined transactions where Saval AI has not received your payment.
The subscription is upgraded or downgraded immediately. Any time remaining is adjusted based on the price difference, and credited toward the new subscription by pushing forward the next billing date.
Saval AI may run periodic promotions, discounts, or special offers on subscriptions.
The availability, pricing, and duration of any promotional offer are subject to change at our sole discretion.
Purchases made before or after a promotional period are not eligible for price adjustments, refunds, or compensation.
Users acknowledge that prices may fluctuate, and Saval AI is not responsible for any perceived losses due to price changes after purchase.
If you subscribe to a recurring service, you grant permission to Saval AI to charge the associated payment fees for each subscription cycle.
Subscription cycles begin on the date of signup and remain active until explicitly canceled by the user.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. To avoid future charges, please ensure you cancel before your next billing date.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscribed services until the end of the current billing cycle. After this date, all subscription services will cease.
All applicable taxes, including duties and levies (excluding income tax), associated with the purchase of our services are your responsibility. If required, these taxes will be added to your payment. You are responsible for complying with all relevant tax laws related to your use of Saval AI's services.
Subscription fees are subject to change. If a price increase occurs, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new rate will apply to the next billing cycle following the notice period. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period to avoid future charges at the increased rate.
If a payment dispute arises, users are encouraged to contact Saval AI directly at support@saval.ai or +91-9150699908. Chargebacks or disputes initiated through banks or payment gateways without prior communication may result in account suspension or restricted access to Saval AI’s services.
Saval AI reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or app notifications and will take effect from the date of posting on our platform.
